I just called and the lady was SUPER rude and very unprofessional. I just want to drive there to replace my key fob. She said if I from Jersey and they can't do service for me. I don't understand and ask her even I drive to NY? She start to mean and super rude. And hang up on me. Why you guys treat people like that. One day you will get all back from others. Bad service.
